Delete Your Account

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the MintLens mobile app:

• Open the MintLens app and make sure you are signed in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion through our Contact page. Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include it in your message, so we can locate and verify the account. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and account information (name, email, sign-in identifiers).
• Your coin collection, including saved coins, quantities, condition notes, favorites, and watchlist entries.
• Your uploaded and captured coin photos.
• Your community content in Coin Talk — posts, comments, and likes.

After deletion we do not keep your personal profile or collection data. A limited amount of information may be retained only where required:

• Purchase and subscription records: transaction records held by the App Store, Google Play, and our billing processor (RevenueCat) are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are managed by those platforms, not stored in your MintLens profile.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics: usage data that is not linked to your name or email may remain in aggregate analytics and cannot be tied back to you.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days of deletion.

Note that cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account. Manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.
