By downloading, accessing, or using MintLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

New users get 5 free scans total, no credit card required. Paid plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime) unlock unlimited scans, sold-comp evidence, and grading. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings — we don't add extra steps or retention flows. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we don't process refunds directly.

Coin identification and grading are generated by an automated system and can be wrong, particularly for damaged, cleaned, counterfeit, or unusually rare coins. Identifications and grades are estimates, not authentication or professional appraisal. For high-value transactions, verify with a professional grading service before buying or selling.

Values shown in the app are estimates derived from historical sold listings. They are not appraisals, offers to buy or sell, or guarantees of what a coin will sell for. Market conditions change, and actual sale prices can differ significantly from the estimate shown.

Coin Talk is for genuine collector discussion. Don't post:

• Content that's illegal, harassing, or hateful
• Deceptive listings, counterfeit coins, or scam offers
• Spam or unrelated promotional content
• Someone else's personal information without consent

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by MintLens and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content except as these terms allow.

You retain ownership of photos, posts, and other content you submit. By posting to Coin Talk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the app and its promotional materials.

You may not use MintLens to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract database content
• Interfere with the app's normal operation or security

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

MintLens is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions made based on identification, grading, or valuation output, including purchase, sale, or insurance decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
